Social Media and Community Marketing Executive

Role Description 

We’re looking for an energetic, creative-first Social Media Executive to join The Feets and help build THE boldest and most badass brand in footcare. Based in Bristol with hybrid working, you’ll be right at the heart of our growing business - creating wild content, jumping on trends, building our community, and making real noise. This is a rare chance to shape how a startup brand shows up in the world!

What You’ll Do

  • Create scroll-stopping content. From TikToks and Reels to memes, founder stories, UGC - whatever it takes to grab attention and build love for The Feets.
  • Jump on trends. Move fast, be reactive, and use culture, sports, fitness, and adventure moments to make our brand part of the conversation.
  • Grow our community. Get stuck into the comments, DMs, forums, sport groups; wherever our kind of people are talking, you’ll be there.
  • Support influencer collaborations. Help discover and manage creators who match our rebellious, adventurous vibe.Feed creative campaigns. Pitch bold ideas for launches, collaborations, and viral stunts.
  • Be Smart. We’re believers in using data, technology and AI to increase our output and productivity - helping you create, plan, and measure.

You Bring

  • A creative-first mindset. You can create video, imagery, memes, edits, reels - fast, fun, and full of energy.
  • Strong work ethic, to scale up our processes to drive volume and top of funnel visibility.
  • Experience or strong instinct for growing social audiences organically. Comfort with basic design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • The ability to work hybrid from Bristol - being in the office (c. 3 days per week) to shoot content, collaborate, and be part of the buzz.
  • Willingness to work the occasional weekend (within reason) for events, campaigns, or community moments.
  • A true bias for action - you'll test channels to find what works for the business, tweak tactics, post, engage with our community, repeat and scale what works.
  • A drive to get stuck in and help, even if it’s not in the job description.

  • You’ve grown a personal brand, meme page, or social account before.
  • You love sport, movement, fitness, adventure, or building communities.
  • You’ve worked in a startup or scaling business before and understand how fast things move.
